New guest Deposits
All new clients require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your appointment.
Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a new deposit will be required in order to book another time slot.
Should you need to reschedule before the 48 hour cancellation window, your deposit will be put towards reserving your new date, once. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.
No shows, cancellations & rescheduling
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 per service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
No shows will be required to pay the $50 per service cancelled fee + pay for their new service booked in advance.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds on any of my services. I do stand by my work and always want you to be happy with your hair. If you’re having any challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and i will be more than happy to correct the issue.
If you came in with one desired look and have now decided you would like a different look I’m totally ok with that! However, a new appointment will be required and will be charged as such.
