New guest Deposits

  • All new clients require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your appointment.

  • Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a new deposit will be required in order to book another time slot.

  • Should you need to reschedule before the 48 hour cancellation window, your deposit will be put towards reserving your new date, once. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.

No shows, cancellations & rescheduling

  • In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

  • Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 per service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

  • No shows will be required to pay the $50 per service cancelled fee + pay for their new service booked in advance.

Refunds

  • I do not offer refunds on any of my services. I do stand by my work and always want you to be happy with your hair. If you’re having any challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and i will be more than happy to correct the issue.

  • If you came in with one desired look and have now decided you would like a different look I’m totally ok with that! However, a new appointment will be required and will be charged as such.
